Last weekend we went to erie, pennsylvania. we went to a couple places that are said to be haunted in erie. first we went to the erie cemetery and there was said to be a witches circle with the gravestones burnt black...however we couldnt find them because the cemetery was to big. then we went to axe murder hollow...the story goes that one guy killed his whole family because his wife was cheating on him...then a short while later a couple took a trip down that road and their car got stuck in the mud...so the boyfriend went for help about thirty minutes later the girl heard, "get out of the car," so she opened her door and saw her boyfriend hanging from his ankles with his throat slit open...she tried to run but her boots got stuck in the mud and she had to take them off, she ran to the next house...we went to that abandened house and we found the boots stuck in the mud under a large log...but we didnt expierence any paranormal activities...

Corry, Pennsylvania
this last weekend our group of friends (GHK) took a trip to corry, pennsylvania. we heard about a haunted swamp there called Tamarack swamp. we were going to check it out and then on the way back home we were going to stop in Clymer and check out Jacquin's pond, it turned out that they were the same place...odd...but we finally found the swamp after being pulled over by the game warden at 11:03, because we were "spotting game" after 11:00...we only got a warning and then they told us how to get there. the story behind the swamp is that two school buses were on the trail and the trail could only handle one bus. they tried to avoid each other but it resulted in many deaths. one of the bus drivers named George went back to the accident site and hung himself because he couldnt live with himself. the legend goes if you drive over each bridge and chant George, George, George, you will hear thraashing under the bridge below you...but since about a year ago they closed of the trail making it only accessible to pedsetrians. we walked down the dark trail all the way down to the third bridge and all the way back and nothing ever happened. except on the way back some kids were nestled in the woods and saw our car and tried to scare us, but it didnt work, therefore we concluded that the swamp in corry is not haunted, and all of us have yet to encounter something paranormal, next week there will be a blog about our next trip to erie, pennsylvania.

gurnsey hollow and hollenbeck
Myself and a couple of my friends have been intrigued by all of the haunted places around where we live. The last couple of weekends we went to gurnsey hollow cemetary and hollenbeck cemetary. A few of my friends did in fact kiss the cross at gurnsey and the saw a black figure fly in front of their face. one of my friends decided never to go back there again. then myself and a couple more of my friends showed up and they told us their story. we then went up and a few of my friends kissed the cross and didnt see anything. we decided to go back the next weekend during the day and see if there was a witches circle beyond the fence. many people told us there was. so we went beyond the fence and searched for 45 minutes in the woods behind gurnsey we didnt find anything. later that night we went to hollenbeck cemetary. we looked around there for awhile but nothing really happened until the end when all of the dogs on the street started barking and myself and another one of my friends saw a light flash in front of a tree. we left after that and the whole ride home felt awkward like someone was following us...
